This is an elegant piece that has a very carefully hand-painted scene in rich colorful overglaze enamels. The scene contains a village entertaining scene with blossoming trees in traditional Chinese form.

Brown, pale blue, and pink ruyi shoulder border and a geometric orange, pink, blue and yellow border around the base.

Painted by a talented artist who takes care of doing the panels. Hand-painted six-character ("Tongzhi Era Made") reign mark in underglaze iron red.

From a private collector with a great interest in Asian arts. A matching piece is also available.
